Terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By utilizing the services provided in HydroHelath Colon Hydrotherapy Ltd. (HydroHealth), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them.

1.  All packages are non-refundable and must be used on or before the expiry date or they will be forfeited, this will be explained by our consultants or receptionists during your treatment.
2. 3 hours advanced notice is required for alteration or cancellation. Cancellation within 3 hours or no show appointments will be charged in full.
3. The clients must present identity card to enjoy our company discount.
4. The clients should inform their physical condition before proceeding the treatment.
5. The clients are advised to fast 2 hours prior to the treatment.
6. Clients are not recommended to proceed any colonic treatments during pregnancy.
7. Clients are entitled to occupy treatment rooms for one hour only. However, if in case the client is late for his/ her appointment, our therapist will have the right to shorten the treatment time. As a courtesy to our next client, clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to the treatment.
8. An extra charge of $100.00 for occupying the VIP room.  A private toilet is attached to the VIP room.
